uled a public hearing on July 22, 2011,
at 1 p.m. to discuss the Draft Fiscal Year
2012 Intended Use Plan for the Clean
Water State Revolving Fund Program
(CWSRF). A part of the Intended Use
Plan is the Fiscal Year 2012 Priority List.
The hearing will take place at the DEP
headquarters in Charleston in the New
River Conference Room (Room #2129).

1 st beginning at a concrete post, corner to Market and Scaline Sts.,; thence along
the west side of Scaline St. a distance of 160 feet; thence through Lot No. 27 a dis-
tance of 64 feet parallel to the north side of Market Street to a stake; thence through
Lots No. 27 and 25 a distance of 80 feet parallel to Scaline St. to a stake;
Thence parallel to Market St. a distance of ten feet to a stake; thence parallel to
Scaline St. a distance of 80 ft. to a coqcrete post in the north side line of Market St.;
thence along the north side line of Market St. a distance of 74 feet to the beginning,
containing a portion of Lots No. 23, 25 and 27 as shown by plat drawn by survey by
C.P. Wade and attached hereto and enclosed by dotted line, less sixteen feet from
the north end of plat. The north line of this parcel is intended to follow the south line
of the twenty-two feet added to Lot No. 29 and is not to conflict with it.
Less and excepting and reserving that certain parcel containing 5,535.06 square
feet or 0.1271 acres, which was conveyed unto Leon Close, Inc. by deed dated May
1, 1975, of record in the aforesaid clerk's office in Deed Book 91, at page 524.
Being the same property described in deed to Ronnie Edward Parrill, and Wade
Vincent Parrill, from the Last Will and Testament of Mary Madgline Parrill, recorded
on April 7, 2008, in Deed Book 24, at page 631, Morgan County, West Virginia.
Property is sold subject to prior trusts, encumbrances, restrictions and easements
of records, if any. The property is sold subject to an accurate survey at purchaser's
expense.
TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $7,000.00 by certified check or cashier's check at
sale, the balance in cash or by certified check at closing. Conveyance will be with-
out Warranty and subject to all easements, covenants, rights-of-way, conditions and
restrictions of record. The property is sold in "as is" condition. Risk of loss or dam-
